These are approx 50g bags of our alpacas fleece which has been carded (brushed) to remove the majority of any vegetable matter although a little may remain.

Put it in fat ball feeders and hang near your bird feeding station, sheltered if possible and your little wild birds will come and take it for their nests in spring.

This fleece can also be used for your small pets such as gerbils, hamsters, mice, even rabbits and guinea pigs. Instead of the paper bedding, hay or straw, this is hypoallergenic and highly insulating due to the alpaca fibre being hollow, it traps extra heat keeping your little friends cosy warm.
